Organoleptic
properties

Salami that comes from particularly fine cuts to which Mediterranean sea salt and peppercorns are added. The processing is done with a knife tip and the result is a coarse-grained paste bagged in natural casing that is then expertly hand-tied. An aroma of refined, delicately spiced meats, a right tastiness and a sweet and mouth-watering flavour make Cherubino a truly delicious salami.
